Software AI Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to join our small, dynamic engineering team. This role is perfect for a quick learner who is excited about diving into the latest AI technologies and innovations, especially in Generative AI and LLMs. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for experimenting with new tools and technologies, with the ability to rapidly create impactful solutions and demos.
General Accountabilities
- Conduct research on the latest AI technologies, with a special focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and prototype new ideas, tools, and technologies to push the boundaries of what is possible with Generative AI.
- Work closely with the engineering team to design and implement scalable AI solutions that address real-world challenges.
- Quickly create demos and proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate the potential of new technologies and ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI research and technology, attending workshops, conferences, and seminars as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into broader product and service offerings
- Document and share findings, learnings, and best practices with the team to foster a culture of knowledge and continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- ITSM foundation training is required.
Technical Skills:
- 3 years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience in AI service from cloud providers, or a related field, with a strong fundamental understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Fluent English language skills required: verbal and written communication.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
